Earning Criteria

• The methods of assessment include quizzes, examinations, and written papers with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.
• The methods of instruction include audiovisual materials. The general course topics include introduction to operations management; business and operations processes; quality management and control; continuous process improvement; forecast and demand planning; performance metrics and process variability analysis; supply chain and inventory management; sustainability and lean management systems; project management for operations; cost analysis; and managing risk in operations management.
