With their team, prepared a final report and executive summary that followed a well-organized structure, a clear storyline, contained the critical report elements and engaged the CIO. (The Final Presentation/Executive Summary is the culmination of the class).

If you want to request a badge based on your previous experience, without taking the classes, you will need to provide one real customer report that demonstrates the use of the IBC technique and obtain a letter from your manager confirming your use of the IBC technique with a real customer.
