They can present the case for the business benefits of coaching and mentoring. They understand the skills, behaviours, attitudes, beliefs and values of an effective coach and mentor.
This person can manage a coaching or mentoring process by agreeing goals and following a recognised model of practice. They can support effective coaching or mentoring by drawing on a range of tools and techniques. They maintain records and can recognise and overcome barriers to successful coaching and mentoring at work.
