The Mentors in Tech program helps overlooked and underserved tech students at smaller, less well known, accessible and affordable colleges navigate and launch their careers. The MinT mentor changes lives by spending up to 40 hours through the school year partnering with students with unique lived experiences. Mentor activities include completing mentorship training, leading monthly 1:1 mentorship meetings through the school year, and preparing students for technical and behavioral interviews.
