Coaching Fundamentals™ program, participants will learn the core coaching competencies taught to professionally certified coaches worldwide. Coaching demonstrations, case studies, and engaging exercises will ensure participants embed their learning concepts. Key skills covered: coaching overview, demonstrating ethical practice, embodying a coaching mindset, establishing and maintaining coaching agreements, cultivating trust and safety, facilitating client growth, and coaching skills practicum.

The Personal Groundwork for Coaching Program™ allows coaches to highlight and explore areas that are often at the source of where a coachee becomes stuck, self-defeating, or demotivated. This course places you in the role of the coachee. We take you through your own personal journey, using the process of self-reflection, development, and growth. Only once you have done the work yourself will you be ready to lead others through it.

Participants of the Advanced Coaching Skills Practicum program will refine their coaching skills by coaching others and hearing others coach in a virtual classroom overseen and critiqued by an ICF-certified professional coach. The environment fosters real-time learning for those doing the coaching and also for those who will be listening and providing later feedback on what they saw and heard in the coaching.

The COTBx One-to-One Mentor Coaching Program consists of three individual mentor coaching sessions with an ICF credentialed coach. Mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the ACC and PCC credential level. Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative, and dialogued process.

ICF Credentialing Assessment Prep (CAP) Class is designed to prepare coaches who will be applying for an International Coach Federation (ICF) Credential. As part of receiving an ICF Credential, coaches will be required to successfully complete the ICF Credentialing exam(CE). Written by two of the pioneering coaches who wrote and developed the ICF Core Competencies, this program is designed to significantly boost critical thinking and understanding of the Competencies and Ethics.

The ICF core coaching competencies were developed to support a greater understanding of the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession as defined by the International Coach Federation.
The Code of Ethics is designed to provide appropriate guidelines, accountability, and enforceable standards of conduct for all ICF Members and ICF Credential-holders, who commit to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.
