The Leaders Core Curriculum (LCC) is Ericsson’s foundation-level leadership development program that focuses on developing the core leadership capabilities needed to drive performance. Over the course of this 15-week program, leaders develop their self-awareness, learn how to flex their leadership style, understand what drives and motivates a team, and how to influence and collaborate effectively across a matrix organization.

Earning Criteria

Actively participate to 5 virtual workshops (20 hours in total); complete self-directed eLearning (8 learning pathways in Degreed), participate to peer-to-peer coaching sessions, and ongoing learning application and experimentation with new ways of working (approx. 25 hours in total).
