Complete readings and discussions in 17 modules. Topics include ediscovery legal framework, organizing ediscovery, technology, processing, reviewing ediscovery, production, ethics and international ediscovery.
Apply knowledge of eDiscovery through a series of exams and written assignments obtaining a 70% or higher on all assessments.
