They can support effective coaching or mentoring by drawing on a range of tools and techniques. They maintain records and are able to recognise and overcome barriers to successful coaching and mentoring at work.
This person has undertaken at least 54 hours effective coaching or mentoring of others and has attained 38 credits. They can assess their own abilities as a coach or mentor. They are also able to draw conclusions about their performance and plan for future development needs. They understand the principles of effective coaching or mentoring in practice and how to evaluate the overall benefits.
