At least two lesson plans for use within a Self-Blended Model classroom, including a brief description of the following: the primary goal for the initiative, the organization context, & internal stakeholders (students, teachers, administrators, parents, etc.) who may be asked to participate in and/or support this initiative.

The lesson plans also include: an identification and brief description of the blended learning model that will be included in this initiative; a description of at least three opportunities and/or affordances of this specific blended learning initiative; & a description of at least two potential challenges related to the approval or implementation of this initiative.

The lesson plans also include a detailed explanation of the blended learning environments (or environmental characteristics) that would best align with and support this initiative, addressing: the goals, available resources, the roles, responsibilities, skills, philosophies, and prior experiences of internal stakeholders (students, teachers, administrators, parents, etc.), & transparent alignment of the model(s) and environments; the goals, objectives, and outcomes associated with the lesson.
