Earning Criteria

The CEDRD is for a Dietitian/Nutritionist who is registered through the Commission on Dietetics Registration (RDN)
Course 1 - Overview of Feeding and Eating Disorders.
Course 2 -Treatment Modalities for Feeding and Eating Disorders.
Course 3 - Nutrition Therapy for Feeding and Eating Disorders.
Course 4 - Medical Treatment of Feeding and Eating Disorders.
The professional has completed over 2500 practice hours treating eating disorders under the guidance of a credentialed eating disorders expert, the iaedp-Approved Supervisor.
Successful completion of a comprehensive, cross-discipline proctored exam demonstrating understanding of therapeutic, nutritional and medical components of eating disorders.
Certified professionals are members of iaedp.
There are fees for core courses, membership and testing. Additional expenses include required texts and supervision.
When all requirements are complete, submit the completed application with supporting materials.
