Being nominated and selected for this peer-nominated program is an honor, as it recognizes excellent customer-centric execution. The program brings together accomplished CSAs to innovate, excel, and mentor each other. Members can receive mentorship, expand their network, and enhance their skills.

Earning Criteria

The CSU Pace Setters program is a community that is nominated by peers. The nomination period for the program opens to all CSAs in the first month of the second quarter. The selection of participants for the program is based on a review of each nomination by Community Leaders, who evaluate the nominees based on their technical excellence, thought leadership, and impact on the community.
