Earning Criteria

Badge holders have attended the OBM Foundation training course. The minimum number of contact hours for the course is 16. This includes group assignments, exam preparation and short breaks. This number of hours does not include homework, logistics for exam preparation and lunch breaks.
Badge holders have passed a multiple choice exam, scoring a minimum of 28 out of 40 marks available (70%). The exam is closed-book, 60 minutes in duration.
