Earning Criteria

Must have at least 8 months of experience working on agile teams plus 1 year of general project experience regardless of methodology
Earner must have minimum of 21 hours of formal education in agile practices
Successfully complete the 120 multiple-choice question, 3 hour PMI-ACP® certification exam
Earn 30 professional development units (PDUs) every three years to maintain the PMI-ACP certification. Education PDUs earned focus on the areas of the PMI Talent Triangle – technical agile practices, leadership, and business and strategic management.
