Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM.

Complete 4 out of 5 group supervision sessions over an 8-week period.

Watch 5 coaching demonstration videos on key ICF competencies.

Read Coaching for Performance by Sir John Whitmore.

Coach at least 2 real IBMer clients in one-on-one 30-minute coaching sessions (2 sessions per client).

Coach in at least 1 triad session during a live group supervision meeting.

Successfully pass the final quiz with a score of 80% or higher.

Certify by using BadgeMe by the date specified at the top of the BCC online course.
