Two problem scenarios/lessons that utilize problem-based learning (new lesson plans or adaption of existing plans created by the learner). Each includes: a title; a description of the topic or potential outcomes (multiple standards may be included as possibilities); description of the problem-based learning scenario; problem materials and documents; a list of coaching strategies for the problem-based learning scenario design an assessment of the problem-based learning.

A brief commentary (1-2 paragraphs or equivalent) on each section that explains, supports, and/or defends the choice for each section.

A narrative reflection (1-2 paragraphs or equivalent) focused on how the problem-based learning can be applied within the learner's current and/or future role.

An annotated list of five problem-based learning scenarios, made by others and shared online, that are related to the content area and/or grade level you teach or hope to teach. Each annotation includes: a complete citation referencing the original lesson plan author; a brief description of the topic(s) and major goal(s) of the lesson plan; and a brief critique identifying how well each lesson plan followed or did not follow the guidelines of inquiry based learning.
