Earning Criteria

Two immersive residential learning experiences, comprising 120 hours of face to face training. 14 hours of virtual training and coaching simulation.

24 weeks of online Emotional Intelligence coursework. Daily learning, application and reflection to build meaningful habit change in the following abilities: self-awareness, focus, emotional balance, empathy, adaptability, positive outlook, organizational awareness, inspirational leadership, teamwork, conflict management, influence.

Successfully lead 6 to 12 coaching sessions with coaches-in-training. This includes debriefing 3 instruments: Emotional Social Competency Inventory 360, Motivational Drivers Behavioral Preferences, Personal Sustainability Index.

Observe and evaluate coaching sessions of coaches-in-training. Provide oral and written feedback.
