The Advocis Code of Professional Conduct (CPC) sets out the principles that Advocis Members of all categories are expected to abide by in their business activities and when liaising between clients and suppliers of financial and insurance products or services.
You must have at least one approved designation & maintain the designation with the conferring body or be enrolled in an approved designation program (designation must be obtained in three years). You must also carry sufficient E&O coverage in accordance with the nature & extent of your practice & meet annual professional development requirements.
