Completed the Team Agility Predictor Certification course (live virtual or in-person immersive): 6 to 8 hours of direct instruction & interaction with additional hours of self-paced assignments. Topics include: The balance of polarities necessary for ongoing team agility, uncovering the unconscious habits that may be keeping them from reaching their true potential, and customized development plans for accelerating productivity, creativity, and innovation.
Analyzed the results and implications of Team Climate Profile and Team Agility Predictor results and implications for sample client assessments. Developed plans for increasing team agility and the team climate for productivity, creativity, and innovation using Tilt365 methodology.
