Earning Criteria

All applicants must successfully completed the following training courses: Implementing SQF Systems Training Certificate OR SQF Systems Training - Auditing of SQF Systems as well as a HACCP Training Course.
Tertiary Education Certificate. Degree in Food Science or a related discipline is required
Submit a completed HACCP Plan Development Log that is verifiable by your employer, supervisor, HACCP team leader or the application sponsor
All applicants are required to demonstrate 5 years experience with food hygiene and food safety based programs involving HACCP or other appropriate risk management systems. The work experience shall be appropriate to the scope of registration claimed and submission of objective evidence for each FSCs nominated is required.
7. Submit the Consultant Sponsor Verification Form showing signatures from two sponsors. One sponsor must be from your Certification Body and the other must be from an associate in the Food industry.
