Earning Criteria

Must be an IBM employee or IBM contractor
Created at least two (2) assets of business and/or technical value to the client or to IBM employees. Evidence provided included the assets description, the repository, the audience who used the assets, and the business impact.
Identified and articulated the business or technical problem that the assets solved.
Communicated the value of using the assets and trained others (clients, IBM employees, and/or Business Partners) to utilize the assets.
Documented business results based on assets usage.
The badge will be valid for 2 years. To revalidate your skills as IC/IP Creator, you must continuously support the Profession with at lease one asset/IC/IP created in the past 2 years.
