A formal Evaluation Protocol for the Instructional Design Project (to be included in the Appendix). The Evaluation Protocol must be modeled after the CIPP, Kirkpatrick, or other approved model of course, training, or program evaluation. CIPP model must address: Context, Input, Process, & Products. Kirkpatrick Model must address: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, & Results. Protocol must include materials used by all stakeholders such as: documents, forms, evaluation tools, & assessment tools.
A written justification for the established protocol, stating alignment with: goals and objectives, learners, context of the learning experience or training, mission, vision, and operational practices within the sponsoring organization.
