The course objective is to develop a working knowledge of schedule development, maintenance and analysis processes as well as an understanding of DoD policy and the Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) 748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Standards. The general course topics include network schedules and related policies; schedule development, maintenance, and analysis; the Precedence Diagram Method of scheduling; schedule risk analysis; and Microsoft Project.
