A review of no fewer than three software programs that can be used by members of an instructional design team. Each review must identify: a specific and distinctly unique software program or suite, identified by primary function and the name of the software product or suite; a link to the product webpage; and a formal analysis of the potential use of the program or suite modeled after a SWOT or SWOTBOT analysis (or other analysis model approved by badge host).
A self-assessment of personal strengths and weaknesses related to working on a team. This must address personal skills, habits, and aptitudes as well as personal or professional challenges. Minimum 300 words or equivalent.
A reflection on the potential strengths, limitations, and challenges of employing a team-based approach to the design and/or development of instructional design initiatives in face-to-face and virtual environments. Must address all components of the description listed above. Must be a minimum of 300 words or equivalent.
