Complete the Wellbeing Academy for Students course, a collaboration of spunout and IBM, which includes lessons, videos, reading assignments, reflection moments, knowledge checks, and opportunities to explore coping strategies to improve wellbeing.
Pass the end-of-course assessment with a score of 80% or higher.
