Complete readings and discussions in 6 modules. Topics include the purpose of bankruptcy and how to access the bankruptcy code, ethical considerations in bankruptcy law, elements of a proof of claim, elements and differences between Chapter 7, 11, 12, & 13 bankruptcies and the procedural rules governing bankruptcy law.
Apply knowledge of bankruptcy law through a series of exams and written assignments obtaining a 70% or higher on all assessments.
