The iaedp-Approved Consultant is a CEDS who has 6000+ hours in the treatment of eating disorders and skills to guide professionals in their process towards independent certification. Those who hold this credential are eligible to provide ongoing consultation for professionals who are in the process of becoming certified and to verify the accrued practice hours of these professionals who are treating feeding and eating disorders.

Complete Leading by Example Workshop and pass test.
The iaedp-Approved Consultant has >6000 hours in the treatment of eating disorders and skills to guide newer professionals to full competence treat eating disorders.
Successful completion of knowledge assessment questions based on the Leading by Example course.
iaedp-Approved Consultant are Certified professionals and are members of iaedp.
There is a fee for the course and application.
