Earning Criteria

The learner has passed the UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education "Team Coaching for High-Value Results" program and attended at least 50 hours of synchronous course activities.

Participated in at least 10 hours of observed team-coaching as well as completed a variety of assignments assessing Team Coaching Skills including, but not limited to: Demonstrating ability to co-create and steward team coaching agreements and contracts. Implement evidenced based theory and practices to cultivate psychological safety within a team. Utilize systemic and organizational thinking to evoke awareness and co-create with the team and stakeholder system for high-value results.

Developed and presented a portfolio of learning demonstrating a proficient understanding of principles and theories of Systemic Team Coaching for High-Value Results.
