Earning Criteria

• Completion of all 19 workshops divided into three sections: Collaborative Environment, Building Connections and Purposeful Leadership. In the Collaborative Environment Training section, a strong understanding is gained of how; Generational Intelligence, Inclusive Diversity, Personal Brand, 360 Degree Mentoring and Organizational Culture when combined with Emotional Intelligence can be used to strengthen the collaborative relationships that drive the successful workplace.
• In the Building Connections Training Section, leaders use principles of Winning Mindset, Resilience and Adaptability while they personalize Boundaries and Balance and gain fluency in verbal, written and non-verbal communication to maximize their leadership brand.
• In the Purposeful Leadership Training Section, skills are applied in areas like Business Ethics, Conflict Resolution, Motivation, and Productivity to equip Dynamic Leaders for the workplace today, no matter what level job they currently hold.
