This course covers the process of negotiating and drafting contracts, from the preliminary negotiating stages through the execution of binding agreements. It provides information about the art of negotiating contracts and has been exposed to a wide variety of contract provisions and their purposes. The course also reviews and provides access to sample contact provision language for many different types of provisions.
