Robert Richard Langston

I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT), and a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) through the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). I work with Individuals, Couples, and Families. I work in tandem with clients, recognizing the client as the expert on their life experience. It is important to work toward a balance between Mind, Body, and Spirit by promoting growth through a Psychological, Spiritual, and Emotional focus. The Mission is “Meeting people where they are in life; together, building on the wellness while sifting through life’s challenges.”
