Jia Hao (J.) Wu, Ph.D. is President and Principal of W & S Solutions (W&S) established in 2009. He was elected to serve as President of the San Francisco Bay Area Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) of more than 500 members. He has over 30 years of active experience in consulting and research transportation consulting domains. W&S offers services in the Intelligent Transportation System, travel demand forecasting, traffic analytics, AI-enabled data analytics, video monitoring for traffic counting, cloud technologies, and network modeling (traffic simulation).
