Froilán Irizarry Rivera

Froilán Irizarry Rivera is a developer, community builder, and entrepreneur. He’s worked in a number of industries in both private and public sectors. Over the last five years, he’s helped organize a number of tech communities and events, including Code for Puerto Rico, Fullstack Nights, PyCaribbean 2017, and the Maria Tech Brigade. During his time in Washington, DC, he worked with the U.S. Digital Service, was the tech lead for Code.gov, and GitHub. He's currently joining Uplight and is leading Code for Pueto Rico.
