Earners serve as consultants and advisors to search committees for faculty and administrative search committees across VCU. They support search processes to ensure consideration of robust and diverse candidate pools. Earners have completed the intensive Recruitment Inclusive Champion training workshops and are fully qualified to serve as RICs, as needed. They are prepared to assist hiring units with developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans.
