Earners completed a customized learning experience embracing the fullness of womanhood in all its inclusive paths and intersectional journeys and have learned how womanhood shapes their leadership journeys at home, work, and in communities. They engage with Institute leaders, regional and national experts, and a network of peers for a one-day, multi-track experience offering a self-directed facilitated learning environment with education sessions and interactive forums.
