Earners have gone beyond the foundational level and conducted a minimum of 10 empathy interviews. They are even more aware of the importance of empathy when interviewing and know why VCU has chosen to use this interview style for this project. Earners feel comfortable recommending resources to students and guiding them in getting in touch with those resources.
