Leadership Connect Mentoring
Earners participated in a six-month mentoring program focused on the growth of their self-awareness as it relates to leadership and career. Participants in the program were engaged in at least four hours of activities each month, including mentor meetings, peer-to-peer meetings, and submission of reflections based on professional development topics derived from two resources –Insight by Tasha Eurich and the Proximity Principle by Ken Coleman.
