During a time of unexpected isolation and uncertainty, self-care and mental wellness can often be put on the backburner or we are left wondering how we can make this a priority. Angie Muhs, Assistant Professor of Social Work and mental health expert, will lead us through wellness and self-care strategies that everyone can implement immediately. Throughout the hour, she will present a PowerPoint, provide us with handouts and also break us into small groups for additional conversation.
