Earning Criteria

The workshop outcomes are to enable students to: reflect on their culture and values that shape their worldviews, create a vision for personal leadership to guide their work across cultures, understand concepts related to culture including awareness and spheres of competence, be familiar with mindfulness and creativity as principles for personal leadership, and explore six practices of personal leadership using Critical Moment Dialogue (CMD) to assess and navigate difficult experiences.

To demonstrate content knowledge, students completed the following deliverables to receive a digital badge at the highest level. 1. describe a difficult experience in a personal or professional setting 2. apply principles of CMD to process and discern the situation 3. reflect on what can or should be done to move forward 4. reflect on what can be learned from the experience for personal and professional growth
