Learned the personality framework and system called Tiltology, which reveals the team of personalities that live with all of us. Explored the five mindsets of each of the 12 sub-personalities and how they show up in all levels of mindsets ranging from rigid to agile.
Practice self exploration in pairs to uncover the hidden motives of sub-personalities and teams of sub-personalities to reveal their nature and mode of operation. Discover how fear drives our behaviors in search of approval, status, power and attention and unwittingly create self-fulfilling prophecies that thwart our conscious intentions.
