The PhD Career Ladder Program (PCLP) badge is awarded to Stony Brook University graduate students and postdoctoral scholars who serve as peer-leaders of PCLP groups. PCLP leaders facilitate biweekly meetings that guide participants “up the ladder” of career exploration from self-assessment to career research and skill identification, to informational interviewing, to resume crafting.
