  • Watch a mentee introduction video by Lance LaVergne, Chief Diversity Officer and SVP of Global Talent Acquisition (Lesson 1).
  • Watch an introductory video to Guider, defining mentorship and benefits of participating as a mentee (Lesson 2).
  • Watch LinkedIn Learning videos that aim to develop your skills to becoming an effective mentee and includes tips to building a development plan and ways to stick with it (Lesson 3).
  • Reference Guide: Add your mentorship development goal on Workday by following the step by step guide (Lesson 4).
  • Watch a step-by-step video and learn how to create your mentee profile on Guider (Lesson 5).
  • Reference additional tools and resources to becoming asuccessful mentee! (Lesson 6).
  • Take a moment to watch the "What's Next?" video to learn how to claim your Mentorship Foundations Mentee badge (Lesson 7).
