Throughout the Certified Advanced Change Practitioner program, badge earners are required to apply their learning to a real-world change management implementation. They must demonstrate their ability to apply change management tools, templates, and assessments; analyze and predict change management effectiveness; report on project results; and demonstrate their ability to manage resistance.
-
Badge earners choose and perform a minimum of three real-world experience electives such as receiving an endorsement, publishing an article related to change management, giving a speech or volunteering at a change management conference or event, or attending a related course.
-
Prosci® Certified Advanced Change Practitioners must complete a capstone project that describes the project they have been working on throughout the curriculum and includes a description of the problem, solution and results. The capstone project must showcase use of change management tools, templates, assessments and leveraged best practices components.
