Southeast & South Asian Refugee Experience in WI
In this workshop, experts provided examples and ideas for the integration of Southeast and South Asian refugee history into college and K-12 curriculum. Presenters focused on memoirs and accounts of Hmong, Vietnamese, and Afghan refugee experiences. Badge Earners worked with colleagues in their disciplines to integrate new content in the courses they currently teach and/or develop new courses or assignments to engage students in understanding Wisconsin refugee histories.Additional Details
