Equity Coordinator Champions desire to inspire change in their colleague’s perspectives around inclusion, equity & social justice. Earners worked to better understand/grow their own identity by practicing vulnerability and personal reflection. They learned inclusive facilitation skills to lead conversations that build consensus and resolve in groups of diverse people around the personal, social & systemic changes needed to transform their spheres of influence into equitable and welcoming spaces.
