Earners have learned the fundamentals of production baking through hands-on application in a modern baking lab using production equipment. They have prepared a variety of standard bakery products, such as cookies, muffins, pies and breads, to obtain knowledge of the many processes of baking, and have also practiced basic cake decorating techniques.

Successfully produce cookie batches, muffins and quick breads using commercial bakery equipment and following a standardized recipe.

Prepare breads and rolls from straight yeast doughs.

Produce fruit and custard pies from scratch following recipes utilizing commercial baking equipment.
