LAI Certified Scrum Master course is a 14 - hours intensive learning that provides the learners with knowledge of Scrum Framework including the Roles, Events, and Artifacts. The course follows Scrum Guide written by the creators of Scrum. The course provides real-life scenarios that the learners are asked to navigate through and provide answers and solutions to deal with the situations given in these scenarios. The learners also go through Scrum Simulation to simulate working in Scrum.

The Assessment is done by the Trainer during the course and is based on the participation, engagement that the learners bring to the class. There is also verbal assessment done throughout the class using quizzes and Knowledge Check to assess the understanding of the learners.
