In this learning experience students will learn the process of evaluating and following up on customer feedback. Students will attend a weekly CSAT meeting with Helpdesk leadership and learn how customer feedback is investigated and follow-up with to ensure a great customer experience. Prerequisites: (Preference to Student Leaders) "HelpDesk Standard Call Certified" plus 2 other HelpDesk badges.
