Discussing key points about office (primarily Outlook and teams), the licensing, the signature, communication, proper etiquette and use. Tier 2 Office 365 badge will be a more in-depth experience with troubleshooting. You will be required to interpret SARA logs and user your knowledge to solve problems. The tier 2 badge will be the test of practical application and will require a hands on troubleshooting with the information learned from the Tier 1 badge.

Earning Criteria

Teach the trainings for the Office 365 badge to at least two students and verify they are able to handle 3 Office 365 troubleshooting tickets with the information you have taught them.

Update old information on a slide and report the update to your supervisor in a change log.
