Global Leadership for the 21st Century is a limited enrollment, a semester-long course with 30 instruction hours taught by the Robertson Center for Intercultural Leadership at International House, UC Berkeley. The earner of this badge has been engaged in a deliberate examplination of global issues and cultural competence as related to leadership. Complete Global Leadership for the 21st Century with a minimum of 90% course attendance, active participation, and a passing grade (80% or higher).

Final group project: Develop knowledge of key concepts and competencies related to global leadership.Enhanced understanding of culture, how cultural differences show up in the workplace and beyond, and the process of human cognition and perception in shaping our ability to lead effectively across difference.
