Earning Criteria

Leadership & Team Development: This module is for middlle managers with some experience of leading. It will look to enhance participants' current skills and successes and provide some new, more in-depth ideas, skills and concepts for you to bring to the role

Managing Change & Organisational Make-Up: Good leaders are able to exploit new opportunities, navigate through the ever-changing business needs and people needs, solving problems along the way. Whether responding to change or instigating it, this workshop will provide some tangible ways to work through change for both self and others

Problem Solving & Decision Making: This session explores the processes and practice of good problem solving and decision making. By understanding and using a variety of techniques participants will select the correct tools or framework for the task to generate and implement more effective decisions

Finance for Managers: This session will look at the basic elements of finance within business. It will provide delegates with an understanding of the main financial reports used to control a business together the KPIs which are derived from them to monitor performance

Developing and Maintaining a learning environment: This session explores the concept and practice of building and maintaining a learning culture within the team. Through this module participants will recognise the effectiveness and benefits of team colleagues thinking for themselves to enable them to start building a learning and coaching culture.
